Natural First Aid Remedies Chart
Natural First Aid Remedies Chart
People are often suggesting really effective natural or traditional remedies for common everyday complaints and I always forget them - was it vinegar for wasp stings and bicarbonate of soda for bee stings or the other way around? - a treatment for headlice that didn't involve poisonous chemicals on the scalp?
I decided to research what the most popular and effective remedies seemed to be, and drew all my findings on an easy-to-read, quick reference wall chart (lavender and tea tree oils are real stars).
The chart features natural remedies for aches, pains, bites, stings, blisters, bruises, burns, scalds, colds, cuts, abrasions, earache, headaches, headlice, mouth ulcers, nausea, shocks, knocks, sleeplessness, sore skin, sore throat, verrucas, warts and toothache.
Full colour printed on high-quality laminated paper, this, like all my charts, is hand drawn and written.
"On the first night of putting the charts up I spoke to a customer about his sleeping problems and he managed to drink a camomile tea which is a bit different to coffee and Redbull." - Jamie
