Help With Ordering and Payments

Here are answers to some of the most frequent questions about ordering from us. If you can't find the info you need here, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

How long should I expect my order to take to be delivered?

We aim to get U.K. orders delivered within 7 working days and international orders delivered within 14 working days (international postal systems permitting!) otherwise we will contact you.

If you need your order delivering urgently, please contact us to discuss.


I'm having problems getting my payment to complete - what should I do?

Please check that the address you have entered on the Nochex Secure Payments page is correct - this needs to be the registered cardholder's address for the card that you're using to pay, including house number, city/town, postcode (where applicable) and country.

Please double check that your card details are entered correctly, including expiry date, CVS code and issue number if applicable.

If you are having problems with the 3Dsecure form, please contact your card issuer for advice.

If you are still having problems, please contact us to discuss.


How do I place an order with you?

On our website:

As you browse each product on the website, enter the quantity required and click the 'Add to Basket' button. Your shopping basket contents will be shown at the top of your screen. At the checkout you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. Please ensure that you include your house number and postcode when placing your order (this will help with both getting your order to you safely and with processing your card payment). You will reach a Nochex Secure Payments Confirmation screen towards the end of placing your order. Please click 'Continue' on this page to return to our website and to see your Order Confirmation.

By post:

You can download an order form from this page and post it to us along with your cheque.

Over the phone:

We can't currently accept payments over the phone but we can discuss your options so please call us on 01273 388864.


Can I get a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes - please call us on 01273 388864 to discuss. For orders of more than ten charts, we are happy to offer you a discounted price due to reduced packaging costs as they will not be sent in individual tubes. Please note however that the Rainbow Charts are already tubed (with stickers) so cannot be included in any quantity discount. Please see this page for more details.


Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for whatever reason, you may return it (in original condition and packaging please) within ten days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty.
